Custom Jewelry for Every Budget

The Custom Jewelry Process

• Timeline: Custom pieces typically take 6-8 weeks, depending on workload and order timing. Please plan accordingly.
• Style & Inspiration: Have a Pinterest board or photos? Share them with us! We can blend elements from various styles to create your perfect design.
• Budget: Not sure about pricing? We'll guide you through your options and help select gemstones, metals, and designs that fit your budget. We offer in-person, video, or phone consultations to discuss all the details.
• Design: Once we finalize your design and select gemstones, we’ll create a 3D CAD model or hand-carved wax model, giving you a clear view of the finished piece from every angle.
• Production: After your approval, I will hand-finish, polish, and set your piece. Production begins once payment is received in full.

Custom Design Deposit & Final Payment

Our custom design process begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Following this, a non-refundable $550 design deposit is required. This deposit is credited toward the final cost of your custom jewelry and covers the creation of a 3D CAD rendering or hand-carved wax model, allowing us to visualize your piece and make necessary adjustments.

You’ll have the opportunity to request up to two minor revisions to the CAD or wax model at no additional cost. Any further revisions or new designs will incur a fee of $200 per hour for design time, payable before further work begins. Once your design is finalized, we’ll craft your piece in 14K gold, 18K gold, or platinum, based on your preference. Sales tax applies to both the deposit and the final payment, which will be credited toward the total cost of your custom creation.
