Returns & Exchanges
At La OM Jewelry, each piece is crafted with intention, precision, and respect for true craftsmanship. Many of our pieces are made individually from scratch in our Upstate New York workshop. Please review the following policy carefully prior to purchase.
Custom, Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewelry
All custom, bespoke, made-to-order, and special-order pieces are final sale.
This includes:
- Jewelry designed in CAD specifically for you
- Engagement rings
- Custom sizing or modified designs
- Payment plan purchases
- Because these pieces are created uniquely for each client, they are not eligible for return or refund.
A change-of-heart cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, custom orders are non-refundable.
Some bespoke projects are more labor-intensive and may require up to 12 weeks for completion. If you require a rush order, please contact info@laomjewelry.com prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
If you have concerns regarding workmanship, please contact us promptly. We stand behind the quality of our work and will address verified craftsmanship issues appropriately.
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 10 days of confirmed delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn
- In original, pristine condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including ring boxes and warranty cards
Approved returns are subject to:
- A 10% restocking fee
- Non-refundable original shipping charges
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your original method of payment. Processing times are determined by your financial institution and are outside of our control.
Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns require prior written approval.
Authorized returns must be shipped:
- Fully insured for the full purchase value
- With tracking and signature confirmation
La OM Jewelry is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or uninsured during return transit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
- If materials have already been secured, refunds will be issued minus associated material costs.
- If production has begun, cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Custom engagement rings and bespoke designs remain non-refundable once fabrication has commenced.
