Some custom projects are more labor intensive and due to this, completion can take up to eight weeks.
If you need a rush order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work with you.
All custom made items are non-refundable.
However, we pride ourselves on our quality and customer service; if there are any questions or concerns please contact us as soon as possible.
Jewelry items that were designed in CAD specifically for you are NOT returnable/refundable. (This includes most engagement rings.)
All custom, made-to-order, and special-order handcrafted items are made from scratch in our Upstate, New York workshop and are non-refundable.
We cannot accept a change of heart, past 24 hours after your order is received. Please consider this when you make your purchase.
Non-custom, ready to ship items may be returned, unworn and in brand new condition, within 10 days of receipt. All ring boxes and warranty cards must be included for your purchase to be refunded, minus a 10% re-stocking fee and shipping.
Please contact us for approval prior to returning any items. All items need to be shipped back at with tracking, signature confirmation and insurance covering the full value of the item.
