About Labradorite
Labradorite is a feldspar mineral known for its shifting flashes of blue, green, gold, violet, and sometimes orange or copper.
This optical effect, called labradorescence, appears when light reflects through the stone’s internal layers. From one angle the stone may look gray or charcoal, while from another it can reveal vivid flashes of color.
Symbolism
Labradorite is traditionally associated with protection, transformation, intuition, and inner strength.
It is often chosen during periods of change or spiritual growth and is believed to support clear energetic boundaries while encouraging trust in one’s own perception.

Care
Labradorite has a Mohs hardness of approximately 6 to 6.5 and can be more vulnerable to scratches, chips, and impact than quartz.
Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, and prolonged soaking. Clean gently with mild soap, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth. Store separately from harder gemstones to help protect the polished surface.
